Unlike the over-processed, heavily preserved imported products, our curds are fresh! They are made in small batches with fresh eggs and butter, and blended carefully using a closely guarded recipe.

Our good friends "across the pond" in England not only invented Lemon Curd, they also gave us that most delicious of spreads - Marmalade!

True to the traditions of a great English citrus marmalade, we are proud to present our three signature Marmalades, made in the traditional way - in open kettles and in small batches, using only the finest juices and peels.
