We are based in the beautiful  farmlands of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, the traditional home of the Amish, although we are not Amish…in fact, we’re of British decent!

Our small but rapidly growing business was started in the spring of 2004, when we longed for the experience of a genuine English Tea, which to us comprises a cup of strong tea with dainty sandwiches, scones, jams, clotted cream and the most important part…spoonfuls of luscious lemon curd!

To our disappointment, the only lemon curd we could find, was nothing like lemon curd at all!  Far from the smooth, rich, zesty taste of real lemon curd, all we could find was an assortment of pale, glutinous lemon-flavored pastes with a lemon curd label.

Resorting to an old family recipe, we decided to develop and commercialize a truly fresh and delicious tasting curd, and after many, many trial batches to get just the right blend of smoothness and taste, we are very proud to be marketing our own product, which is true to the taste of a traditional home-made curd.

But we didn’t just stop at Lemon Curd…we also provide a wonderful Orange and Lime curd which are just as delicious! And there's our "just add water" cake mixes, and Gift Sets too.

Our citrus curds are made by a very professional manufacturing company right here in Lancaster County under strict FDA regulations and guidelines. This company has been in the food manufacturing business for over 30 years, and have just opened a brand new state-of-the-art factory.
