CURDELICIOUS
CURD CAKE
This is an absolutely delicious cake which is very simple to make. The addition of our curd makes it moist, smooth and bursting with flavor. You can use any of curds, Lemon, Lime or Orange, depending on what flavor cake you want, and use your imagination when it comes to final decorating.
INGREDIENTS 
1 packet of yellow cake mix with pudding, for a two layer cake.
1 jar CURDELICIOUS CURD (Lemon, Lime or Raspberry).
Your choice of frosting.
PREPARATION
Preheat you oven to the required temperature, and follow the directions on the cake mix box for the preparation of the cake.
NOTE: Remove about 1/4 cup of the recommended amount of water to compensate for the moisture in the curd.
When you have completed the preparation of the mix, simply fold in the whole jar of curd into the mix, and blend it well.
Now bake according to the instructions on the cake mix.
NOTE: The baking time may vary because of the addition of the curd. Check carefully towards the end of the baking time, by inserting a toothpick into the cake. If it is still moist, bake a little longer, if it is dry, your cake is done!
OPTIONS:
(1) To enhance the flavor, you can add a little essence if required (Lemon, Lime or Orange.)
(2) Use about 3/4 of the jar of curd in the cake and the balance as a filling between layers.
